Is anyone annoyed with eBay not letting you contact members?

Sometimes someone will ask me a question, and I won't be able to get back to them right away, so I send a message saying i'll get back to them ASAP.

Whenever I try and send another message after I get the information, eBay won't let me! Just a message about how i'm not doing any business with that member.

Anyone else have this problem?

yeah, it's annoying, which is why if I want to have a back and forth with someone I just tell them to contact me at my email address. I also found trying at another time or something and ebay will let the mail go through. If that happens I tell them to respond to my email address.

buyer asks for something, you answer and realise you forgot to say something asap, naaaa, you can't !
