I just got this in and I know nothing about this. The rarity guide just says to be on the look out for this. Is it rare? How was it distributed? Are there any in game changes to Sonic Adventure?

Indeed, it came with the Sonic DC bundle. Sonic Shuffle was the other game that came with it. I'm guessing it is identical to the retail Sonic Adventure, maybe it has some minor bug fixes, but nothing major.
