I recently bought an arcade cabinet on ebay about a week ago for a very good price. I asked the seller questions about the cabinet about 2 times, with both responses being very quick (about an hour). After I won the auction and paid via paypal, I asked where and when I can pick the cab up, and the responses stopped. I did this about 3 times now, every time being as polite as possible, and I am quite ticked off, seeing as they just put in a bunch of new listings this afternoon. Now I know they are ignoring me, and I am in a bit of a rush to have it picked up before sunday, when I leave for a vacation in Europe for 10 days. I'd like to refrain from being hostile and filing a paypal dispute, as I may or may not meet them face to face, which would make for an akward situation.. But I think I may need to. What should I do? It seems as though they don't want to let it go for such a low price..

If you already payed for the auction and have their address, you have every right to go in person if they don't reply to your mails. I can't tell how long exactly you've given them to reply, but if they take more than a few days I would just go there and claim what is mine. :)

If it has been more than a fair amount of time----4 days or so---I would open a dispute. That should get their attention. Also, how is their feedback?

pull their contact info from ebay, and give them a phone call. you can get it under "Advanced Search" and "Find Contact Information"
