A rarity question for any XBox XPerts

Anybody know any general rarity info on Major League Baseball 2K5 World Series Edition? It's essentially the same game but with rosters updated for the 05 playoffs, different cover art and the inclusion of some classic teams. Has anyone else ever seen or heard of this? I picked one up in the wild the other day as part of my ongoing collection of all things celebrating the White Sox world championship, but I had never even heard of it before.

Also, I checked the O.R.G. and it wasn't in there.

I'm not an Xbox expert, but I do see this around at most game stores. While harder to find than the original, I wouldn't call it anything more than uncommon in general.

I can still find it around fairly easily. If I were to give it a rarity rating at this point, I'd probably put it at no higher than a 2...3 tops, but in my semi-educated view, that would be pushing it.

That game is still pretty common around here. I would put it at a 2.
