Sega Saturn loose case

Hello! I have a new Sega Saturn that has an issue with the case being loose in the front left corner. I've tried tightening the screw underneath but that didn't seem to be the case. I've included a picture. Any ideas??

Can it move freely, it may just be the plastic threads are stripped.

I had a similar problem with my Saturn, try using a longer screw. If not then try opening it up to check if there's anything broken.
