I never gave much thought to this before, but I was wondering if the 360 was sold with a pack-in game anywhere outside Asia? When I bought my 360, it was a premium DOA bundle:

Inside this box there's the premium console, plus DOA. The premium console was in a separate box inside this DOA box like it's normally sold in the US. The outer box is an official MS box, not some retailer add on. The price was slightly less than US$400 at the exchange rate at the time.

I've also see 99 Nights, Kameo, and PGR packages, just like the DOA one. In Singapore they have some unofficial GoW bundles at Carrefour, but those were clearly store-made. The others are official releases. In Malaysia, bundles with a pack in game are the ONLY 360 console packages i've seen since 2005.

I know of the Blue Dragon core system bundles in Japan, but do other regions have any pack in games or officially released bundles?

In Canada it's been sold with Madden.
Bundles are popular but increasingly you see stores do soft bundling becuse it gives them a unique product to offer.

In Europe I've seen the Xbox360 come with Pro Evolution Soccer/Winning Eleven and Gears of War, these are Official packs. Many lardge stores make their own packs

There's a Military Appreciation Bundle (that apparently is the same as the Microsoft Employee Bundle).

Xbox 360 Premium + Project Gotham Racing 3 + Kameo + Viva Pinata Special Edition + 12 months of Xbox Live Gold for $449 (and no tax. Woo!)
