I recently picked up a Star Fox Demo cart at the Midwest Gaming Classic, and the collector in me nows wants all of them. However, the only other two I know of are TMNT IV and Ken Griffey Jr. Winning Run. What other ones where there?
To be clear, it's the kind that look like this: http://i5.ebayimg.com/04/i/000/a5/3b/82a1_1.JPG

Here are some others. It's an incomplete list.
Street Fighter II
Stunt Race FX
Tetris Attack
Yoshi's Island
NCAA Basketball
Contra III
I used to have the Stunt Racer game but sold it.
Do a quick search. This topic comes up a couple times a year.

The label.
I own a Tetris Attack, used to have an SF2 and a Ken Griffey, and I've seen NCAA Basketball in the wild (three copies at the same Funcoland, in fact, where I found all the others).

Why don't these games show up in the online rarity guide then? These things are roughly the same as GameCube's Interactive Multi-Game Demo Discs (but of course they're just one game), and those are in the rarity guide.

Since the full game is in it, I suppose you could say its more of a label varient than anything.

Well, they do have a different part number than their retail counterpart. For example, a US retail Star Fox's part number is SNS-F0-USA, whereas the demo cart is SNS-F0-DIS.

Here you go:
Contra 3: the Alien Wars
Donkey Kong Country
Donkey Kong Country 3: Diddy Kong Double Trouble
Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run
Killer Instinct
Mortal Kombat II
NCAA Basketball
Star Fox
Street Fighter II
Street Fighter II Turbo
Stunt Race FX
Tetris Attack
Turtles IV: Turtles in Time
Yoshi's Island: Super Mario World 2
I only included the games with "not for resale" as part of the label. I didn't include games like DKC2 or Super Metroid that have "property of Nintendo" in black ink on the back label.
