Hmm, well the lot of PS2 games I had for auction sold. However, the winner had sent me an email:

Greetings to you.I am Alex Adebola from LA,US.I'm contacting you concerning your item on Ebay which i eventually became the winning bidder for your item.Morever i'm presently serving our beloved nation here in Iraq with the United Nation and i intend sending this item to my son as a birthday gift who works with the American Embassy in Lagos,Nigeria as a consular.i will like you to ship it through first class USPS Global Express Mail(EMS).i will be sending you payment via PayPal,so kindly send me your
paypal email address and the total cost for both the item and shipping cost so i can make out your payment immediately. make sure you get the package shipped out today as soon as you recieve the paypal confirmation from paypal.
Expecting your reply so as to immedaitely make out the payment.

Actually...I think that was the location last time. Just money order instead of paypal.

I guess I need to stop listing big lots like that.

Yep its a scam, just ignore and dont reply, thats the best solution :) The user is also deleted from Ebay now.


make sure you get the package shipped out today as soon as you recieve the paypal confirmation from paypal.

I dont think i've seen this one before hehe. They want you to send the package as quick as possible so you wont notice its a fake Paypal mail you get.

Lately the common elements of the Nigerian scammer on eBay been:

Payment from Louisiana,
Currently serving in the military,
Send overseas (England, Germany, Nigeria)

Some jackass bought my BIN on a high dollar item and sent me a similar email.
