NTSC Games rarity vs. PAL Games rarity

There has been a larder of uncommon/rare games released in both the US and EU. When I was looking up this guide, I saw that Rival Schools had a five rarity in US, and the EU version had <N/A> (0). It may be pure speculation: but could it be that both versions are equally uncommon?

No of Corse not, it's is completly diffrent. In Europe some game got much bigger runs other are much harder to find. For example the English pal version of Soul Blazer for the SNES is really hard to find as it was only released in Scandinavia, on the other hand Stadium Evenets for the nes is much cheaper PAL
