OK, it's another stinkin' list. But that picture of the Atari tournament on the first page is sweet!

Not sure I'd call these the top classics but some of the pictures are worth archiving like the Atari 2600 1980 Space Invaders world Championship.

That's not a bad list at all, compared to some of the ones we have previously seen. Another site would have taken that same critera and really ruined that type of list. Granted, there are one or two games I might have wanted to see on there but I'm aware this is probably based on how much excitement each game caused and how much money it pulled in.

Regarding Asteroids: wasn't the hyperjump introduced in Asteroids Deluxe, not the original Asteroids?

Pretty good list there it much shows the heavy hitters of the 80's.
Any time i see pics of those games i do miss the, Arcades for that time period. ~_~
