Metroid Prime Hunters Demo GPK only?

hey guys,
somewhat recently i picked up a used copy of metroid prime hunters. when i got home and examined the cart, i noticed it had a sticker on the back of it stating:

NOT FOR RESALE - DEMO GPK ONLY
PROPERTY OF NINTENDO

does anyone know what the deal with this is? btw, it didn't dome with an actual lithograph, just a plain white sheet of paper that someone wrote "Metroid Prime Hunters" on...
is this a rarer version of the game?

Those are used as a demo in the store display kiosk so people can try them out.

Yeah, that's the demo cart. My sister has a copy of Diddy Kong Racing DS like that.

Does it say "not for resale" on the sticker on front label of the game? If so let me know if you're interested in selling.

nope, it only says not for resale on the sticker on the back, not on the front.
