Castle of illusion on master system better than megadrive?

I here people saying the master system version of castle of illusion is the better version.

I found it hard to believe at first but then i watched some vids on you tube and i have to admit the master system version does look good and a little different.

So the people who have pld both what do you think?

No way...i have both...The 16bit version kills it in graphics and gameplay...Thats not to say the Master System verison is bad. Cause it to is good. Just not as good.

No way. The 16 bit version is a masterpiece, and one of the best 10 mega drive games IMHO...

I've played through both, and for me the SMS version edges out the genesis version by a hair.
Of course, with the differences in gameplay and levels, if anything the two games compliment eachother far more than they compete.

To me, it's like comparing the different versions of Mickey Mania: each port is different, but none sucks.

Definately would pick the Genny version as being superior but both are good
