As of the 1.80 update, yes. You can transfer from the memory card to the hard drive and you can transfer from the hard drive back to the memory card. I didn't buy the adapter until they squared that feature away because the main reason I wanted it was to back up my PS2 saves to my PC.

Didn't even think to try it. I've always been dumping my save games from the memory card to the usb drive through uLaunchELF

Is the PS3/PS2 Controller Adapter by Pelican any good..I want to play my SF Collection with a PS2 Saturn Controller on it, but I don't like 3rd Party stuff on my nepfew's PS3, also does the Controller Adapter work on the PC
