This game is what high scoring is all about!

By far the best of any downloadable game i've played.

Think asteroid/robotron/centipede on a sphere, but instead of changing levels the levels just progress and get faster and faster.

It kinda plays and looks like the Asteroid remake that was on playstation, but much faster.

It's very addictive! Good stuff.

Stardust was an Amiga game originally, I didn't even know there were remakes for modern consoles until today, good to know :)

The amount of thought and detail put into this game is absolutely amazing me!

The speed, the power ups, the difficulty, the music, the background, this game is more well designed than I even first anticipated when I made this thread.

I love how you can zoom the camera out in the options and REALLY get in the zone and the milky way is in the background. It really pulls you in big time!

This game is pure mana, and I recommend it to any shooter fan! A must have.

P.S. That's really interesting that this was an Amiga game. Did the same people who made it program this? Whoever made this knows how to bring old school concepts to the next generation, that's for sure. I hope to see more efforts like this in the future!

Ooo.. so, the PS3 finally has 1 good game :) I put in more time into this game on my A600 than most at the time. And I display it often at shows on my CD32.

It's $7.99.

Btw, I see a couple forum members on the high score chart when I check friends scores. I'm winning :p

I hate those fucking Miny Ice Asteroid tracking thingies! GAH

Yep, the main guy (i think) who worked on the Amiga version also worked on the PS3 version :)

Hey np.

I know i've recommended some duds in the past, but this one is really classic!

*looks in Sothy's general direction* SORRY!

I really did like Hunter: The Reckoning at that time! I just didn't explain it very well, and mislead a bit in my explanation.

Oh and, damn dude I forgot your name! The guy I was talking about Shadowman: The 2nd Coming with. I never recommended that game! Somehow you seemed to blame me though. I NEVER RECOMMEDED IT! I said it "looked" good. I think his name was "meat" or something.

I've learned alot over the years since I first started here, and i've learned the DP crew is not the ones with whom to fuck with. So i'm coming clean. I'm back to my roots and not in the hype machine anymore.

Oh and then there was my World of Warcraft phase....lets don't go there.

Btw Sothy, wtf games do you like! Damn I guess I just hijacked my own topic, lol. :D

Wow. You recommended Hunter the Reckoning? I'm happy to see you've bettered your ways :)

Anyways, I'll need justify another $8 on games. Not the easiest thing when you're married guys.
