They have some really good prices on Dragon Quest plushes, and I was wondering if they were knockoffs or the real thing.

Yes.
They also run a store through Ebay if you'd rather go that route.

I've never dealt with them so I can not give you any personal experience reviews.

They sell tons of bootleg stuff from what I've heard.
Also, it is tough to believe they keep TONS of stock of items that were never sold in stores (ie. Dragon Quest Plushes by Namco). These were available only for a limited time in Japanese UFO Crane Catchers.
I actually have quite a few DW/DQ plushes and most of them I have imported from Japan. I'd stay far away from GKWorld if you don't want knockoffs.
You can view the DW/DQ plushes I have here:

You can view my entire DW/DQ collection here:

Hope that helps.

I bought a Legacy of Kain figure from them years ago and had no problems, but I do know their game soundtracks are mostly bootlegs. I had to break some guy's heart on a forum one time after he'd bragged about scoring insanely cheap Final Fantasy soundtracks.

While this may be true, those figures were sold in retail were they not? So there is a good chance they could stock hundreds of those.
While the Dragon Quest plushes were limited to only UFO Crane Catchers in arcades/malls in Japan, meaning they were never sold in stores. I doubt GKWorld has stocked hundreds of DQ plushes to sell that are legit. I am betting they come from Taiwan or HK and are completely fake. (just like their soundtracks!)
I hope that makes sense!

GKWorld is one of the most hated eBay sellers in existence for soundtrack collectors, and that's only one portion of their bootleg goods. They might have a legit thing here or there, but it would be like finding a needle in a haystack. Regardless, it's not worth supporting such a dishonest seller that hides the fact that their items aren't legit and whenever someone confronts them about it they deny it and try to make the buyer look bad.
Plus the idea of giving them money gets even worse when you consider what a massive supply of boolegs they have and most pirating groups in China and Taiwan are associated with organized crime (well, that's technically what a pirating group is anyway, but I mean they're involved in the even nastier stuff too), so who knows how closely GKWorld could be linked to them.
So, yeah, I would stay far, FAR away.

Yeah, I'm sure my figure is real, but knowing that they carry bootleg soundtracks, I would assume that it's a very much 'buyer beware' establishment.
If those plushes are that rare, yeah, I'd assume that there's something not quite right about them.
