basically you can make or play with your favorite characters in a 2d type game play.....

think of Marvel Vs Capcom, but 10 times better cause, you can put whoever charcaters you want into the game.....anyway...look at the clips i came across

What they need to do is make an emulator for the xbox so I can play it on an xbox and not the pc

No, what they need to do is make it more user friendly so average folk can jump in and start playing.

This has been done just a few times before. Checking the search engine would have found you a bunch of different threads on it already, including one telling you where to go to dl the game and actually play it, not just watching YouTube video's on it.
