official dreamcast gun region lockout . info plz

Hi i have a uk official dreamcast gun and a jap official dreamcast gun.

I recently bought a us confidential mission game and never knew about most of the us gun games not supporting official guns that were not sold in us.

So my question is can i disable some sort of region lock on my guns?

Or is that impossible and i have to sell my game. -thanks

The only US light game that works with the Sega guns is Virtua Cop 2 in Sega Smash Pack. All other US light gun games are locked and cannot be made to work.
