This is how I got my PS3.
I walked into the store, nobody wanted it, so I bought it. A few weeks later I sold the PS3 to get the larger 60gb model. Now the HDMI port is fucked up and I havent been able to play Ninja Gaiden Sigma, and I'm pissed off.

I don't even have the essay anymore, but I did the same thing with my mother and father in an essay.
My situation was slightly different (it was where I lied and embelished information), but I did it in high school so that my teacher would feel sorry for me and give me a good grade.
The idea worked for a good grade, but failed when my parents read it.
Some things I put in my essay (some of the most harsh points), were completely true, but I am still mending things with my parents because of that 1 essay.
I feel your pain man.
You were still a kid when you wrote that, sure what was written was harsh, but you were still just growing up and coming to terms with things. Your cousin should have said something to your first, instead of backstabbing you and showing it to your Grandmother. Maybe if she got an explanation from you she would have understood what was written, but there's nothing you can do about it now.

What's the point? Now your grandmother has a valid reason to dislike (if not hate) you? Your cousin, after snooping thru a family members belongings has evidence you were displeased with a grandparent? I'd be more inclined to wonder what your parents did that was so awfull that your grandmother felt the need to take it out on her grandkids. It sounds like more of the same. Favoritism in a family. Your cousin, she sounds like a %$tch, your grandmother sounds like a spitefull hag, and, your family sounds like every family I've ever known before. A bunch of people fighting each other to see who can get in good with the obvious one to go first so they can get in the will and collect anything of any remote value before the rest of the vultures do.

I know what you mean in a way with a cousin. The difference was because she was a girl.

It is true what your saying in some cases. Favoritism can be caused by what sex the person was born as like if grandma wants a grandchild to be a girl. When the child is born as a girl, the grandma will not warm up to kid because he was not born as a girl.
I don't think it is alway the case as you claim though.

Yeah, it's incomprehensible now -- I missed what was in here before. Hope I didn't miss a good story :(
