I was 8 years old the year that E.T. was released for the Atari 2600 and one of my friends had the game and a large collection of Atari games so we went to his house a few days after he got this sorry excuse of a "game" and heres what basically transpired:
He plays the game a for a few minutes and the whole time I was thinking WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO? So I ask him just that and then he has some trouble explaining saying stuff like ummm u gotta pick up the reeses pieces and ummm stay away from the pits and im like PITS? thats ALL I SAW was him trying to jump out of some large HOLE and not getting anywhere.
Anyway after about 30 looooong minutes of this crap I say : THIS GAME SUCKS lets go im bored!
