Hey all,

So I dont know much about Dreamcast and I havent played it too much. I have one...but I've been into all the classic from the Genny days and SNES days and before then lately. Now...I have three versions of Sonic Adventure. I have pictures that follow these games except for the original since everyone knows what it looks like.

I have the original version released in stores "Sonic Adventure"

I have the rental version from Rogers video "Sonic Adventure: Limited Edition"

Now I have heard some of these maybe rare...but I dont know. I have had the SA:LE version for quite sometime. Now I just bought the SA:NFR yesterday. I see it came with two CDs. I have yet to play the other one as I dont even know what kind of Sonic game it is. Mine are not in the greatest condition nor complete but still nice to have. It's an awesome game anyway. I have read some of these threads in the past. Just wanting some info on these titles? Any information will help! Thanks!

As you said the Sonic LE was a rental only, its came out before the DC was officially released. There are two versions that I know of 1 the original wich has no save abilities, and the latter wich has saves enabled. Both have no internet functionality. They were pretty easy to find for a time cd only. If you have a complete one then the value goes up in price by quite a bit.

I do belive the not for Resale version was a pack in of Sonic Adventure with a demo of Sonic Adventure 2. I think it was a pack in but I could be wrong.

yep, a pack in is correct. The demo was fun.

The LE version was a rental at Hollywood Video stores in my area at the time. Ahh, the good ol' days. The future sure looked grand for the DC back then...

Sonic Adventure LE is rare. Complete ones w/o the Hollywood Video disc shields arn't easy to come by. They are often seen Disc Only, or missing their manuals. Even disc only they still tend to pull 40+. Complete ones in good condition go 50+ easy.

Sonic Adventure NFR was released in the Sonic Bundled Dreamcast (it also came with a seperate NFR Sonic Shuffle). Just getting a Sonic Adventure manual will make it complete as the manuals are no different.

I have that NFR Sonic Adventure, but it doesn't have the demo or the NFR disc (It's a normal SA disc)

Uh, I think they have different credits in the manual.

Thanks for the information guys...it's good to know this. If there is anything else to know...please let me know. :)

I was thinking before but now I know I'm wrong...I thought the SA:NFR version was rarer then the SA:LE version.
