Has there ever been a Atari 2600 brand new sealed in the box sold before on Ebay?

For some reason, I think there was one sold some years ago (2003 or so, I think)...but if I remember this right, it only went for something like $600-$700. A truly insane ending price for this one, I say, even moreso if the winner actually coughs up. And here I thought that sealed Video Life of wberdan's would hold the record of highest price fetched for a single 2600 piece of hardware or software for some years...

I kind of doubt it's really sealed. And worse yet, to pay out the nose for something in that condition. It's so run down. If it was at lease mint and sealed, you could see it as something special. It would be nice to follow this for negative feedback.
