Sup everybody, I have a chance to get a near mint Earthbound guide with everything in tact for around $30.00 shipped. Would that be a decent price for this? Would it be a steal or is it still a little overpriced? Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks ;)

They have been selling for $45-$60 on Ebay lately.
Good deal at $30.

just the guide is goin for $40 lately? I paid that for the game and guide. The guide looked like it was in a damp basement though. But you can even still smell those scratch & sniff cards in it.

How about the game, boxed, with the guide? The guide has no scratch 'n' sniff stickers and shows a fair amount of wear.
