when i was looking to buy one a while back i asked the forum what i should expect to spend, and was told $700 was too much. thats been a few years back, but i dont expect prices have changed that much since then.

I still think $700 is too much, I say $500 would be the most to expect, although nintendo stuff has been know to go crazy at times

I'd say $400-$500 is the going rate and it has been since 2002. I haven't seen these show any sort of price jump. The problem is so little people outside the collecting world know anything about it. Therefore, even a Christmas sale won't help you out.

I feel the only way you'll see anything over $700 is if a magazine does a blast from the past spot light on it similar to the NWC about 1-2 years ago. In the month following about 4 NWC carts went for $4000 - $5000. They have tapered back down to the $2500 range since.

I too thought these were worth $400-500.

I have to agree I thought they were at about $500 or so in good shape.

I paid about $600 for mine on Ebay a few months back so use that as a midpoint
