Hello everybody, jeannerocket and I will be in charge of the Saturday night DP party. There will be beer, booze, music, and babes, and I can guarantee you will have a good time.

Stop by the Video Game Kingdom/Next Level Games booth to pick up your invite. There is only so much room, so pick up your invites early to guarantee yourself a spot at the party.

Will latecomers still be allowed in? I'd love to be there for the whole thing again, but I'll be rocking out with Pan at the Rush show and won't be able to hit the party till after 11:00 I'm sure.

Just make sure you stop by the booth first thing Saturday and get your invite. I'm sure you can show up whenever you want after that.

The room should fit about 60 people, the only concerns are keeping a limit on the amount of people so we don't get security called on us or the adjacent rooms complaining.

I'll plan to be going to after show party those are a hoot. I've been to AA's after show parties at MGC. never did to go to to CGE's ones though.

My wife and I plan on hanging out for at least an hour or so. Afterwards, we may go partake in the nightlife at the Palms. I'll be by the booth early to try and security an invite for the two of us.

And I think its important to keep strictly to that limit. We really don't need to be causing any trouble and we have had some problems in the past. Again, if anyone want to come to the party...come to the booth and get a pass for each person. I may get out voted on this idea, but we definitely should be aware of our crowd and keep tabs on the door.

Dave is just being generous when he says that I am partially "in charge." Stingy me, I only volunteered to host a Dr. Mario tournament on a SNES to be held during the party. I'm going to start a new thread about it so look for that for info on how to sign up. It's gonna be rad!

First, I was charged $5.00 to go the party at the Retro Zone booth. I also never got my shotglass.

At the party, no one bothered to even check my ticket.

I should have just snuck in.

The $5 + any other donations was for having the party. Pizza, cake, liquor, soda, shotglasses, beer don't pay for themselves you know!

Also, you should have gotten your shotglass at the far bar, that's where they were made available.

Actually you needed to invite yourself by buying a ticket to the party. It was limited to only 60 people. $5 each.

I got lucky and got #57 of 60 of the tickets.
