It is a hack being worked on from the Asteriods game. The person is trying to turn asteriods into the first arcade port of Space Duel on a game console.

Well, it definitely wouldn't be the first, as Space Duel is already almost arcade perfect on Atari Anniversary Collection for Playstation.
