I've been reading through some of the threads of people asking whats rare and whats not. In my opinion it really does depend on where you live, since i live in the UK heres some titles UK collectors may want to pic up. We know Chrono Tiger etc are rare but what about titles easier to get now which are likely to become rare....Easy but not too easy

GAMECUBE - Chibi Robo / Mario Baseball / Zelda Twilight Princess / Pikmin 2.
PS2 - REZ / Klonoa 2 / Marvel v Capcom 2 / Fantasvision / Harry Potter TFS.
PS1 - Kula World / Future Cop LAPD / FIFA 2005 / Return Fire.
N64 - Paper Mario / Conkers Bad Fur Day / Pokemon Stadium 2
XBOX - Tony Hawks P8 / Rugby League 2 / Marvel v Capcom 2.

Let me know what you think

Couple of issues (being a fellow UKer)

Fantavision- nah. Can pick that up cheaply and easily, it was a launch title that was traded in by pretty much everybody so not really much rarity there.

Future Cop- hmm, maybe. Won't argue it's not easy to find but it's rarely expensive when you do find it.

Rest of the list looks solid, though- the N64 might be a little underpopulated (the Mario Party games in particular seem to command a lot of money) and I'd put Paper Mario Gamecube in there too. Good work :-)

Hmm....I'd add
GAMECUBE - Pokemon Box, Pokemon XD, Naruto 2, Lego Star Wars, Lego Star Wars 2 and Baten Kaitos
PS2 - Shadow Of The Colossus, ICO (especially the original release), Space Channel 5, Space Channel 5 Part 2, Gradius III & IV, Gradius V, Gitarooman, Parappa The Rapper 2, We Love Katamari, Gunbird Special Edition, XII Stag and Psyvariar Complete.
PSOne - aside from the obvious, there's Bust-A-Groove, Um Jammer Lammy, Parappa The Rapper, Vib Ribbon, the Breath Of Fires, the R-Types, Xevious 3D/G+, Rival Schools, any RPGs or good Capcom fighters, basically.
XBOX - Jet Set Radio Future, Toejam & Earl 3, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Lego Star Wars 2, Call Of Duty 3 and later crappy film tie-ins like Open Season or Barnyard.

For Cube European I would think of the following:

Pokemon Box
Zelda Collection
Paper Mario
Mario Baseball
Mario Party 7 (sold a dutch used except for carton mint one for 55 euro yesterday)
Dancing Stage Mario Mix

other games I expect to go up are Fire Emblem, Chibi-Robo, Naruto, Baten Kaitos, Tales of Symphonia.

Maybe also be i demand in the future will be TMNT, UBI Soft version, as it was the last release for the Cube

Conker's BFD isn't that rare, just pricey. Just about every Gamestation around here has a couple of copies if you're willing to splash out £35 or so.
