Hi just wanting to know is there any small differences in the usa mario kart compared to the jap mario kart apart from the text. - thanks

Yes. There is.. I started out on the Jap Super Mario Kart (still the only one I own) and one of the surprises I noticed when the u.s. version came out, was that when the race/battle was over that the karts could still keep driving if you held the gas button down. :) Can't do that in the Jap version.

Aside from that.. as far as I can tell they're absolutely identical.

Not to be rude or anything, but next time, try to put something about Mario Kart (or whatever you're asking about) in the title instead of just "Super Nintendo."

A lot of the winning animations are different, some being a case of censorship like I believe Bowser chugs some kind of alcohol.
