The Advance Guide is only $25 shipped and most everyone will say that is a reasonable price.

is there a new version of the classic guide in the works? or any plans to reprint? I only have the advance guide (which is soo worth it) but I still need the classic guide.

One is in the works... It should be getting announced in the not too distant future.
As said above, there are still Advanced guides available through the site, so you can order one via that, should you so desire.

Just got mine this week and love it, buy the Advanced guide you won't regret it.
