These are somewhat hard to come by. Basically, it's a D-terminal cable modified to output VGA using the procedure on this page (http://www.geocities.co.jp/Technopolis-Mars/9984/ngcrgb_e.htm). You'll need a progressive scan-capable GameCube of course, but those shouldn't be too hard to find if you don't already have one.
