If you mean the buying and selling forum...It may not be visable to you do to low post count. I believe in the last year DP has implemented a waiting period, as well as other requierments(post count,etc) to discourage scammers, and overall idiots from using the buying and selling forum.
Not sure if it's posted anywhere, but PM a moderator or something, I'm sure they can tell you.
