That's a pretty hard game to find. I think it was one of the last 15 or so games I needed at one point.
Short answer on why it went so high: It's complete.

Most Intv games are worth $1. That game has always been expensive compared to most others. Well at least for the last 10 years or so.

Why Super Mario RPG for snes is always so expensive??
It is everywhere! Complete copies are available all the time. But the price for a CIB rarely drop beneath 65-75$.
And EVO. I know it is a nice game and so on but it goes no less then 100-150$ for a CIB. And loose carts sell for 50$.
And the most overpriced of all is an Earthbound. Complete copies pop on ebay all the time and sell for 120-160$.. I know it is a good game. But complete FF3 sell for 50....?! And it is IMHO a much more interesting game. And complete copies with map are quite rare nowadays as well. huh...
