So what is the set of all 677 US release Nintendo NES cartridges worth? Is this auction pretty fair considering Stadium Events is PAL:

I dunno what the going rate is for them if you added it up but I think its alot for loose carts. I'd rather pay going rate for the boxed ones esp now in the summer when even boxed and sealed games are selling cheap.
IF you can buy, break it up and resell at a profit I say go for it but for a collection I say no.

I'd have to agree, more than likely some flea market vendor or re-seller of some sort would be the ones to bid on this auction. Collectors probably won't because they like the hunt (such as myself). Or may not have the money to drop on it just to keep the games in thier homes.

Yes, but is the price fair should a collector come along with that kind of money?

Naw. It's an average of $6 a game. Sure, there are a few in there worth $100+ but it's so few $4000 is more top-dollar. That's my opinion anyhow as they'd have to be mostly boxed to want that type of cash.

Yeah, there's only 3 games in there worth $100+ (Bubble Bobble 2, Flintstones 2, and PAL Stadium Events), and maybe an additional 15-20 or so worth $30-$100...I'd say far from worth it. Without the unlicensed rarities, a NES collection doesn't usually fetch half of what it would otherwise. I'd say a good price for this would be in the $3000-$3500 range, as loose carts...though if that SE were NTSC instead, I seriously believe someone would hit the BIN on it...
