x-arcade xbox adapter

anyone ever get an adapter to use your x-arcade joystick on the xbox?

if you did then did you manage to fix the delay between pressing buttons and it registeringon screen that i seem to have on mine when using MAME?

it's so bad that i can't even do fireballs on SF2 etc.

can anyone help to fix this annoying problem?

don't use an x-arcade. Replace the buttons with HAPP buttons and replace the PCB with a PSX pad and wire it yourself. then get a PSX to Xbox adaptor and you won't have any problems. Seriously, that's the only advice I can give you. The X-Arcade is a piece of shit no matter how you slice it.
