How much is a complete in box, mint condition ColecoVision system worth? I have a chance to buy one from a co-worker but I know nothing of the value of this system. We have already tested this system and it works great! She said it was prolly only used about a dozen times, and spent most of it life in a box in the basement.
Thanks in advance

I'd say if its in the box and only has like 2-3 common games, I'd offer like $35 for it. It may sell for more but I paid $50 for one with like 15 games (a couple R5s)

I'd definitely jump on it if he'd offer it to you for $35 since you can easily sell a boxed Colecovision on eBay for over $100

Well, I offered her $25 and she accepted. I guess I got a pretty good deal then?

Hell, I paid almost that much for a broken one once! Didn't know it was broken, but I assumed so. I've just got to get off my lazy butt and put in a new controller chip (or two).

Yeah, boxed ColecoVisions are a bit difficult to come by...I picked mine up for $30, but neither box nor manual are anywhere near mint. A pretty decent purchase :) .

That's a good price, if it's working properly. The power switch tends to be unreliable, and makes the graphics glitch. I bought one for $50 from someone online, and it didn't work. Bought two more in thrifts, hoping they would function better, and they were actually in worse shape. Finally I came across a boxed one in my fave thrift for $20 that worked nearly great (have to push the reset button first thing to make the games work) and has now become my main unit.

$25? That's a steal.
