Sega Game Gear 24 in 1 game japanese????????

i have had for a while a game gear 24 in 1 cartridge, it says real 24 in 1, the case of the cartridge has time stamped on it, it appears like its homemade or something, and there is japanese writing on it, whats it worth? thanks for the help.
