Wiiconnect24 problems

Whenever I click on a channel it disconnects from the wireless before trying to connect again and I'm told that I've got Wiiconnect24 turned off. But I was just online and if I leave the system sitting on a screen it will connect eventually but I've already got the error up so it doesn't help any.

Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem is?
