Do all atari games have the plastic strip wich covers the micro board or do noatari made games not have them?

What I mean is ,like in a nintendo cartridge you can see the board sticking out of the cartridge, on atari made games there is a plastic strip that covers it until the game is inserted. Do nonatari made games have this also (for example parker bros made game)?

PB games do not have them, nor do Activision. I can't think of any company that used the plastic piece besides Atari.

Thanks a lot. I haven't played an atari in ages and was afraid some of the carts I got might be damaged. Then I noticed that it was only the ones not made by Atari so I thought I would ask.
Thanks again.

Actually..the plastic dust covers as well call them. Were only on the Atari made carts through about '86 or so when non dust cover versions made by atari started to appear. All the later released games after the '86 revival didn't include the dust covers that I'm aware of. 7800 games show this as well.

Now...Spectravision carts do have spring loaded dust covers on them. They aren't quite closed up like Atari's were, but they have them none the less.
