Seeing how the warehouses are not part of the deal. unless you want to rent them. I cant see it being worth anywhere near 500.000.

Most people who have 1 million to toss into an ebay business are making well over 350 day already, I wouldn't be surprised if that number is already inflated to begin with.
My favorite part is where he claims you can increase the revenue from 350 to 700 per day by increasing efficiency, yet he decides its time to sell before completely doing so himself. Later on he mentions he will be downsizing if the business does not sell.

Doesn't this guy sell damaged games, and send the wrong ones, too?
I recall buying a game off him, labeled as complete, and he didn't send the manual. I never even got a refund.

I like how he is asking $800,000 for a business and includes a picture of power washer. Oh yeah! That was the deciding point for me, I'LL TAKE IT!

If the buyer pays full price and pays with Paypal (I have no idea why this would happen), Paypal would collect $29000.27 in fees. I'm not exactly sure how ebay Classified Ads are paid for, but if they're similar to Fixed Price listings, ebay would collect $15022.79 in fees.

Yeah. If the business is so successful with such a bright future, why does it seem he's desperate to sell? You don't give up on businesses that are this profitable unless something is wrong -- you "hand it off" to a family member or a friend who's interested, you don't sell to a stranger.

The newish truck and the upto date computers suggest that there was no expectation of selling; itt seems too sudden...

My favorite part is having to drop a cool million in a business that generates $100k a year...
I could think of a handful of other things to invest in that don't tie up every day of my life to make a 10% return on my investment a year...
and WHY would you pay $2,500 a month to rent a space that an addition to your house would suffice for? I'd rather invest in my real estate than throw money down the drain by renting (which ends up saving a TON if you do the math even over 2 years....).
