How's this for a spoiler...Rogue Galaxy has one of the cheapest end bosses of all time. You will be pulling your hair out after spending 45 minutes fighting through sub-bosses to get wiped out after a cheap 2-hit combo that kills you instantly. Still, it's a great game overall and the ending is worth the hassle.Have fun.

Completely agree. I hate how you have to fight a boss then fight another one, then you think it's over. But then you have to fight like 8 more bosses having to play as the other characters that suck.

When I worked at Game exchange id get the people that start telling you about the level 19 Rogue the play in everquest and going on and on and I felt myself die inside.

a. Title Screen
b. Random young male / female finding their way on a quest
c. 1 hour of non-passable training sequences
d. Character introductions cliche 1, cliche 3, and stereotype 52
e. 4 hours of leveling up to hope to reach and survive Boss of hour 6.

Next thing you know people will be bitching about how the damn employee actually TOUCHED my game when they rang me up for it. 9_9

Honestly you're not missing much. RG's story is..... really really mediocre. Don't read any more of this post if you don't want ZOMG spoilers



1. The captain takes a nap for half of the damn game, no kidding. We're talking days of ingame time. He even sleeps through your ship crashing violently into a planet. I think they could've come up with a better excuse for introducing him late.

2. Every single area is full of civilan NPCs, yet are also filled with monsters. Even after the area is completed and is supposedly safe, it's still full of monsters. NPCs will even talk about how safe an area is, yet you take two steps and fight giant killer robots.

Other than those pet peeves it's a fun game with a pretty cool battle system and fun minigames. Story is generic as hell, but then again, thats 90% of RPGs.
