I need your suggestions...

Hi, I recently sold a game of mine on ebay. The buyer just received it and said that the game wouldn't load in his console. I tested the disc before I put the auction up and it loaded just fine.

I was thinking about giving him a refund if he wants once I receive the game back. I am just worried with all these stories of the bad buyers I may get his mangled copy back.

What do you think I should do?

if it was tested and worked fine for you,it should work fine for the buyer as well.i wouldnt offer a refund.maybe its his system not reading the disc,that wouldnt be your fault.or maybe he has a case of buyer remorse.i have had that happen to me a few time on ebay and here on digitalpress(norkusa),so i say to tell the buyer it was tested when the item left your hands and maybe he has a problem with his system.
