My friend picked up this system at a garage sale yesterday. It has 2 controllers and 4 games with it.

The dp guide has the system as an R8 $75

I tried doing an ebay search to no avail. I know DP guide sometimes is off.

Is the $75 a fair price or has it appreciated or depreciated in value?

We are going to hook it up and try it tomorrow.

This is one of those hit or miss items. Not many people are looking for it, but those eccentric enough to look for it will appreciate what you have. I'd give you $75 without hesitating for it. I think it is worth much more but you be hard pressed to find someone who'd pay for it and/or is looking for one.

It's a great item for a collection. I've only seen them on ebay a couple times, though I haven't looked much.

Like Trebuken says, it's a very niche system. I've seen just the system range anywhere from $50 to around $150 depending on the alignment of the planets. What games does it have with it? There's one that's more difficult to find, though the title escapes me at the moment. I'm thinking it's the cart that's physically longer than all the others, but I'd have to go look to know for sure.

Regardless, very cool find in the wild!
