This appears to be a demo, same size as american sleeves for demos, it says Note For Sale on back of sleeve, also includes a 2 page manual. Its not listed on sonyindex.com, i own Okage: Shadow King, for my ps2 ntsc, so i looked up its Japanese name for it on gamefaqs, which is Boku to Maou. No way to tell this from the front of cover, unless you can read Japanese writing.

Let me know if need any of these, or know more info about them.
