Those were out a while back. I believe that they may have been a Target exclusive since that was the only place that I saw them. I don't think that they sold very well since they had them on clearance and ended up dumping the ones that didn't sell over to Goodwill. I got mine from the Goodwill auction site for something like $8. Hope you didn't pay too much on eBay.

I used to see stacks of them at Target. Even though I wanted it for the price they were asking it just wasn't worth it. Even when they appeared on the sale section at Target for a 'reduced' price of $28 it wasn't worth it. Oh well.

They have been out for awhile. It's not a Target Exclusive, my Walmart has them.
