Heh, I picked up a pile of the DK Bongos and traded them into Game Crazy. $5 to buy 'em at GS, $12 trade at GC. 8*) Picked up some Wii games with that transaction.

Yea, at the Game Crazy near me (In the gang filled of Aurora, IL) they constantly keep buying games they're not supposed to... Mainly BMXXX ... lawl... then they try to sell it for 35$+. Needless to say they have tons of copies.

I can 110% assure you that: a: Game Crazy on 5th St doesn't see near that in sales (I worked there, remember?) and b: Microplay does many times the sales that Game Crazy could hope to achieve. For $1.4mil/yr they'd have to do over $3800 a day. Never happen. There were some days when I worked there we didn't break the triple digit mark (> $100 in sales). Now, they are absolutely doing more business now than when I worked there, but not that massive a difference.

I do shop at both places, but less and less at Game Crazy as they're carrying less and less I'm interested in. As a collector I'm looking for the best deal as well as the best product. I go to yard sales and conventions for deals, and Microplay for selection.[/QUOTE]

I can only tell you what they tell me! Do I believe that they are a 1.4 million dollar a year store? No, but I do see a lot of systems selling. Your average 360 nets a $400+ sale. Your average PS3 with extras can easily bring in $700 alone, so I, with my education in business, can see it happening. That is what I have been told by numerous sorces inside the company, so I have to go on it, when more than one person tells me that.

As for Microplay, I personally only go in there when I really have to. Thats just my opinion!
