After downloading the demo and playing it through, I knew immediately I had to buy it. To my dismay, however, the special edition preorder bundle at GameStop was all sold out.

Bump. Still looking.
I am not willing to pay the insane eBay prices of $150-$200, but I am willing to pay upwards of $100 (even if the package is open and the game is played - provided all are in mint condition) or do a cash and trade deal.
I do have a NIB, complete sealed Guitar Hero I package for the PS2. This is the very first Guitar Hero release AFAIK. I've also got lots of schwag from past E3's and a multitude of games for most systems, so if you have the Bioshock LE package for X360 and are willing to negotiate a deal for it, please send a PM my way.
