The "Advance" Collectors Guide

Hey everyone,
I've finally decided after being a DP member for over three years that I want to buy the Advance collectors guide. But I dont have a pay pal account so I need to send a money order. What should I enclude with the money order so Joe knows what I want? Has anyone else purchased a guide with a money order? Also how long does it take to arrive?

Harrisburg? You can't be more than three hours away from the store, just drive up and buy it from him. :D

Usually I would just include a note specifying what you want along with a print out of the items' entry on the website. I'd call the store up during business hours to see what he wants though, always better to err on the side of caution.

Were I to do it though I'd go the print out route. I'd send the money order for the amount + shipping along with this link: http://www.digitpress.com/dpg_plug_advance.htm and a note saying the quantity you want (I'd assume just one here).
