I'd say those are easily looked up on eBay and looking at old sales threads on many game forums. But to make it easy for you:
1) ~$40, maybe $45
2) $8
3) $18

This is what I'd expect to see as price-tags at a store though, might not be what you'd expect in returns from an online transaction.

My main goal with this was to try and nail down some asking rpices, since I'm looking to sell a few things for some cash i could use, since ebay prices are all over the place sometimes, and I wanted to test the waters here since I'm new to these boards and get a good idea for what people around here generally value these at.

i will sya though the values on tactics ogre and LCS did surprise me when I saw them there, but give or take a few dollars, they are the ebay prices ATM.
