Got that link today. It says it's free to play and download. Dunno if it's a timed thing or maybe they have setup some kind of in game buying since this game was pay to play originally. It seems worth checking out if you had no plans this weekend or anything.
It's supposed to be a pretty good MMO too from what i've heard.
