Ah, so I see!

I did not see it on the front page, so I thought "why not?"

it is good. but just think there are more people going to sell more items. which decreases prices. it is good if you are selling unique items though. I am selling the majority of my Mad Magazine collectibles collections (thousands of items) to pay for med school. This is great!

Is the gallery used that much? I typically don't use it, myself, so I'd only be saving, what, 5 cents? Plus, every listing is going to have gallery, so it really won't help you stand out much. I guess I don't see what the big deal is.

Yea the same thought came to my mind too. I am mostly a cconsignment seller, so just about all of my merch is unique. (I am selective about what I will accept for sale too!)

This could provide a good opportunity for beefing up your collections, since prices will be driven down! :)

Gallery is very helpful. I had read everywhere that paying the extra .35 for a picture that can be seen on the listings page would increase your sales. I have been using gallery for the past 3 months and that has become true for me as well!

It will still help, because buyers can see what you item looks like at a glimpse, and could be interested before even looking at the other gallery pictures! Gallery is .35, so getting it for free is a pretty nice thing!

Hope that helped! (This is a really great deal eBay is giving!)

That is pretty funny! Hope you found the right topic! :D

yeah but normal the listing without gallery would be 0.20
now listing with the needed gallery picture is 0.35 minus the 20 cent you dont pay so its not really free listing at all, it still cost you 0,15 for a 0.99 cent listing, a 0.05 cent discount only now with a free gallery picture.

Why they dont include gallery for free always, it makes ebay a lot better to search! And as they always tell you the sale price goes up 33% why they dont give it free the fees will also be higher!

What are you guys selling where you don't use gallery? The only time I personally don't use it is when I'm selling something so unbelievably common, like a cart-only game, that it is not needed. Gallery really does help people find your item.

That's one good point. From what I've heard, they have fallen behind Amazon and other online marketplaces are slowly catching them. I guess this is their way of boosting sales. I never buy gallery flat out, but since the special is goin on, I'll list a bunch of stuff
