RFGeneration.com is a great place. Plus, if anything is missing from their database, you can submit it (and pending staff approval) it will be entered. The turnaround time on the process is pretty quick too. Current features are online collection listing, a forum, and personal blogs, in addition to the always-growing software and hardware databases.

NintendoAge (www.nintendoage.com) is the place where all the crazy NES collectors hang out. Not sure if you're into NES, though.
